One Small Change

Just a quick announcement before I return to my marathon of newly (today) discovered obsession Project Runway.

We're buying a house.

What, not news?

Oh, right.....we're buying a totally different house. One that's already finished. (We got some preposterous quotes on fixing up that first place, and then we found this other one that we like even better that's already restored, and way older. So yeah, let's do that instead.)

So, if you'd like to take a look at what will hopefully be our new home (we haven't received acceptance of our offer yet, but we expect to - we didn't bicker much with the asking price), then you can do so here. (With the slideshow, you don't get to see the captions I wrote explaining what's what, so if you're curious or want more details, you can check out the individual photos. Just for reference, though, it's a four bedroom three bath built in 1920, and it's in historic Clermont, right on Minneola.) I strongly encourage you to check it out....it's nearly my dream home.
