I have a case of the Mondays. I can't keep anything straight this morning. I do have pretty white eyelashes, though, and that makes me happy. Yay for MAC Pro products.

I spent the entire evening sprinting back and forth between the TV (Survivor) and the kitchen (making soap and marshmallows). My projects turned out relatively well - the marshmallows are not of typical marshmallow texture - more like peppermint marshmallow Jell-O, sort of, but they taste darned good.

Apparently there was some sort of cast party type thing last night for 1940s Radio Hour, but being that I am just a tech slob, I was not provided with any information on the what/when/where. Just as well - couldn't have gone anyway. Still, it is nice to be included.

Tonight is La Mancha rehearsal. I like all the actors, so it will be fun as always to see everyone, but the music director is on vacation, which means I have to sing to the three-times-too-slow rehearsal tracks without warmup. These songs are too tough to do without being vocalized, so I think tonight I'll just refuse to sing rather than strain myself in super-slow-motion. I've seen the music director twice for this show. I'm starting to get a bad feeling about this, but then I usually get that feeling and the show always ends up fine.
