So Pretty......

First of all - a tip: Vaseline on your eyelids! It creates a short-term high gloss over shadow, and better yet is the most effective eye makeup remover EVER - and at three dollars a gallon, much cheaper than the $18 Kiehl's stuff I was using.

We went to Blade Trinity last night for Sarah's birthday - after Travis and I arrived 45 minutes late because he needed to eat and I needed to spend too much time letting Roger show me the body paints and glitter pigments at MAC after purchasing Sarah's gifts. The movie was pretty good, I think - I was too distracted by hottie extraordinaire Ryan Reynolds to pay attention to much else. I can tell you that every excruciating anorexia-inducing frame of Jessica Biel was torture - one woman should not be permitted to be that unbelievably hot. It was a good group we had though - Eric brought Alicia, who I had met briefly before but hadn't really remembered all that well. I did waver in my determination slightly upon meeting her - if I had a new girlfriend who was that adorable, I'd probably make haste of ditching my shorter-term friends too. She's fairly quiet, but then some of our personalities (read: mine) may be a bit overwhelming right off the bat.

Okay, off to the show, and then a mad dash back home to begin my projects of handmade soaps and homemade swirlie giant peppermint marshmallows for my coworkers' Christmas baskets. Oh, you have no IDEA how badly I want to be Martha Stewart. File that away in your "Stuff I Wouldn't Expect From Alyson, Of All People" drawer.
