Ch-Ch-Changes
Okay, so we're noticing some adjustments over there to the sidebar. I've removed and destroyed that "other" blog, the wonderfulyoyo. I hadn't done anything with it in forever, and it was totally self-involved. Unneccessary.
Also, all the kids have their Dogster and Catster sites up and running, so all those links are there now. Bitty's currently the only one who keeps her blog current; Brodie hasn't learned to type yet and Indiana and Roosevelt are really completely disinterested in the whole idea.
(Why do I suddenly feel like a complete crazy person?)
Life is full of ups and downs...I'll do some happy things first, but I have to leave you with kind of a downer, because I want it to stick with you.
The puppy chases everything, and he's teething so he loves to chew and play with things. As long as it's not my Manolos, it's quite adorable. (The closet is shut tight!) The tree is festooned with so many goodies - our scarves from Scrooge, the First Christmas Together ornaments from Amber and Nathan and from Becky (both of which are my new favourites), the little wooly sheep ornaments from Mom made of homespun and hand-dyed wool from one of her knitting friends...tonight we get Danielle and we're going to see Narnia, I think...and I'm going to make some more chocolate death cookies. (I'm going to have to remember to whip up a big batch before Eric comes to watch the house next weekend!) I have Monday off, just because it's the day after Christmas and the federal government really kinda rules sometimes.
Now, this is important and I need your help. I got a request for prayers yesterday from a friend. Mariah Phillips, who was until very recently Mariah Lester (she had her wedding at the Bay Street Theatre!), just found out that her new brother-in-law has testicular cancer. He and his wife really wanted children...the cancer is only in one, but they need all the well wishes and prayers they can get to get through this healthy and, hopefully, still able to conceive someday. So even if you don't know Mariah, please give a little thought or prayer to her brother-in-law.
Thanks, and if I don't see your or type to you again before then....have a very merry Chrismukahwanza!

But... who will I use my "Electric Boogaloo" title on?
In all seriousness, I applaud any form of simplifying one's life.
Happy ho ho!
Just change the link to my Myspace page - I hate to give up my Al-ectric Boogaloo! :-)
