Cry For Help
You've all gotten sick of hearing about the impending surgery...so let's skip to the recovery process...two weeks flat on my back, no eating, talking, singing. Pure hell, in other words. (Well, for me - everyone else is going to LOVE it.)
So that's plenty of reading time - please leave me comments with book suggestions because, sadly, I've not been keeping a very good list of the books I want to read. I've culled a few suggestions from your blogs and profiles, but give me more!

The complete "Incarnations of Immortality" series by Piers Anthony. It starts with "On A Pale Horse"
"The Princess Bride" (THE stuck in bed story) and I rather like "The Mists of Avalon." And it's really long..but it's been known to be read in 2 days cause it's that good. Oh oh--Harry Potter! Or Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy! Or the Caves of Steel! Er..maybe that's just me...darn my inner nerd! =]
