It's Fun! It's Exciting! It's...Kosher?

It was karaoke night! Awesome. I don't know that the audience fully appreciated our renditions of such karaoke classics as "Baby Got Back", "Lady Marmalade", "Pop", "Me Against the Music", or Kris Kross's "Jump Jump", but we sure had fun with it. Don't tell Cathy Mac that we sang "You're The One That I Want".

One of my favorite experiences is that "where did THAT come from??" moment. Last time I had that at karaoke was when Cubie-and-Dolly-award-winning-actor Kevin Jenness sang for the first time and we all nearly fell over. Last night was another one - it's funny, I've seen Kyle on stage, and I've heard him do "Greased Lightning", but something decidedly different and tear-jerking hit the stage for "The Impossible Dream". Wild.

Today I'm happy because J and I signed up for our Universal annual passes! Cue the daily dash to the mailbox to see if they've arrived.
