J's parents and best friend Phillip came to see the show (his folks drove up from Naples just in time for curtain, went to dinner, and then headed straight back again - so awesome of them to make the looong trip just for the show!)

I have some abandoned happies that I have failed to mention in the past:

Kevin Jenness won a Cubie Award for The Man Who Came to Dinner (If you didn't see it, too bad - I plugged it twice!)

Michael Scholl made an appropriate Picasso at the Lapin Agile CD, which was great because I failed to make a character CD (for Noises Off, it included such appropriate tramp fare as Britney's "Breathe on Me" and Prince's "Sexy MF".)

I rediscovered my Tarkan CDs after too long devoting myself to cast albums. [My affection for cheesy over-engineered pop music doesn't stop in America. Check out Tarkan (Turkey), Tatu (Russia), Ishtar (France), and Kat English (Thailand).]

And my new happy is our cast's great solidarity. I love that my castmate thinks I'm funny. This is excellent, because once in a while I get a feeling that another castmate might find me a bit too caustic in my humour for his taste, which perhaps I am. But we all get along wonderfully, and that's the important thing. When you're not getting paid, you just have to hope the relationships you build are priceless, and it's working out for me.
