I Deserved It, Too!

Well, Jason really pulled something off! He got out of work early and greeted me at home with a vegan Black Forest cake from Whole Foods (I love that stupid cake). He took me to bluezoo for dinner (blueberry infused martinis, yum) and we had the most amazing meal. He gave me a card with a reservation confirmation for a massage at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes spa. And then, THEN! He drove us to the Ritz, where he had booked a room for the night - because of the special occasion thing, they upgraded us to a suite in the south tower overlooking the lake, pool, and golf course. The room was bigger than my HOUSE. According to the little sign in the room, the maximum rate for the room is $1199 A NIGHT. There were two bathrooms, two walk-in closets, and he even sprung for champagne and strawberries and rose petals in the room. It was absolutely amazing. We could even see the Disney fireworks from either one of the balconies (yeah, there were two). It was amazing - we didn't have to check out until two the next day, so we slept in (feather bed, feather pillows, feather comforter...) floated in the pool, then I hit the spa where I had a swedish massage. There's this whirlpool spa there with mineral water - it's fizzy, like a spa in hot Coca Cola. Amazing.

Oh, and I got a call from Ken Rush on Friday too - I got the part of Jewel in Whorehouse. (Yes, I KNOW I'm the wrong color!!) Should be fun though!
